Happy 1/2 Birthday, Brooke!

Brooke is 6 months old today!!!

She went to the doctor for her check-up, she continues to grow off the chart for both height and weight. She weighs 22 pounds and measures 28.5 inches.

She has started to *almost* roll over this week. She rolls from her back to her tummy, but can't quite get that right arm in position to get ALL THE WAY over. But she is close! She can also now sit on her own for a minute or two at a time. She has started eating solid foods, but doesn't show too much interest. I get her to have a couple bites at dinner and thats it.

It won't be like this for long

My friend Alison just had a beautiful baby boy, Andrew. And she has been awesome about updating her blog!! Today her post really touched me. She shared the song below and I told her I had to steal it. Every parent can relate, yet sometimes we forget to live in the moment!

Easter

So, putting together videos have been holding me up lately on updating the blog. I've decided that I don't need to do these in order ;-) so I am putting up a couple family Easter photos while I finish the Passover/Easter video. More to come!!

Reilly's Show

Reilly had her annual show at school. This year the theme was American Bandstand. All the kids did great! They got up on stage, sang and danced!

Cousins

While Grandpa Sweeney was here this weekend, we had a big family BBQ. We took a cute pictures of the cousins (who LOVED playing together), and *adopted* cousin, Marek!

Grandpa Sweeney is Here!

Grandpa Sweeney was here this weekend to spend time with his two granddaughters. Reilly had been looking forward to his visit for weeks! They went to Universal together, dance class, and hung out playing at the house. It was a fun weekend!

Family Milestones

We have had a rough week of sickness in this house, so we are behind on the blog. But we realized an interesting milestone this week. Brooke broke her first tooth (first two actually!) on March 26th - her oldest cousin, Devin's, 18th birthday! The start and end of childhood!
